Neighborly Software Announces Strategic Partnership with Tetra Tech to Create a Software + Service Solution for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program
On December 21, 2020, Congress passed a bipartisan $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill, known as the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), which was signed into law on December 27, 2020. The pandemic relief includes $25 billion directly to States, Territories, local governments, and Indian tribes for the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program. To align with this incentive, Neighborly Software and Tetra Tech will combine an offering leveraging Neighborly Software’s market leading housing and community development software with Tetra Tech’s program management and compliance expertise.
